AI usage reporting shows request counts, token usage, and in some cases estimated costs, depending on the feature.

## AI Marketing Co-Pilot

### What does the AI Marketing Co-Pilot do?

It analyzes your website and marketing content to suggest improvements such as:

- content improvements
- website health fixes
- SEO expansion ideas
- business insights
- social and campaign draft suggestions

### Do suggestions require approval?

Yes. The workflow is designed around review and approval so users can approve, reject, or apply suggestions.

### Can approved suggestions create drafts automatically?

Yes. Approved suggestions can create or update drafts for supported content types such as blog posts, social posts, and campaigns.

## Chatbots

### What chatbot types exist?

WebSwift currently supports two broad chatbot use cases:

- **internal Co-Pilot chat** for organization/internal users
- **website chatbot** for visitors or support scenarios

### How does the website chatbot answer questions?

It uses organization content and configured chatbot behavior to answer questions from your site visitors.

### Can I customize the chatbot?

Yes. Organizations can configure widget title, greeting, placeholder text, position, accent color, and system prompt where the chatbot feature is enabled.
